1. Service Description
Typeset is an AI-powered book creation platform. You provide a topic and optional context, and our pipeline generates research, outlines, chapters, and marketing materials. The service is provided on a per-book credit basis.
2. Payments and Credits
All purchases are one-time payments processed by Creem. Credits are non-refundable once used to start a book. Unused credits do not expire. Prices are in USD and may be updated at any time — existing credits are not affected by price changes.
3. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by Typeset is created using AI models and is provided "as is." While we strive for quality, we make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publication.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the topics and context you provide. Generated content is licensed to you for any purpose, including commercial use. Typeset does not claim ownership of your generated books.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Typeset to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Typeset is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Typeset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Typeset after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
